Join us for an opportunity to give back through service while celebrating the lives and legacies of veterans and first responders in Honor of 9/11. Volunteers will help decorate meaningful artwork, plant succulents, and prepare them as gifts for local heroes.

About the event
Event: Planting Thanks, a Blue Zones Project event in Bakersfield.
Purpose: To honor veterans and first responders for their service and sacrifice.
Activity: Volunteers will decorate clay pots, plant succulents, and assemble the pots as gifts.
Date & Time: September 6th, 10 am to 1 pm.
Location: Church of God, 100 Oswell St.
